Impostor XI Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Impostor XI is a local football party game provided by Ataberk Dinç under the ATA Games developer name. For privacy questions or requests, contact ataberk.dinc@yahoo.com.
2. Information handled by the app
- Current game session: participant display names, the selected footballer, secret roles, and match state are held locally for the current session. They are not uploaded to an Impostor XI server.
- Advertising frequency: the app stores a completed-match count, the last interstitial-open time, and up to 24 opaque match identifiers. This record contains no participant name, role, selected footballer, or Impostor identity.
- Device language: the interface follows the device language. The app does not store a separate language preference.
- Advertising and consent: Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform may process advertising identifiers, IP address and IP-derived approximate location, device and app information, diagnostics, ad interactions, and privacy choices. The exact processing depends on your region, consent choices, device settings, and Google's configuration.
The app does not request contacts, camera, microphone, photo-library access, or precise location. It has no account, online chat, backend, or cloud save.
3. How information is used
- to run the local game and preserve its current state;
- to apply a limited advertising frequency rule;
- to show and measure ads where permitted;
- to remember and respect advertising privacy choices; and
- to prevent fraud, diagnose errors, and maintain reliability.
4. Consent and tracking choices
Where required, Google's consent form is shown before ad requests. Privacy choices can be reopened from the game's Home screen whenever Google reports that this entry point is required. On iOS, App Tracking Transparency permission may be requested only after advertising requests are permitted. Refusing tracking permission does not prevent gameplay.
5. Service providers
Google AdMob provides advertising and consent management. Apple and Google provide app distribution. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. ATA Games does not sell personal information for money.
6. Retention and deletion
Current-session game data is cleared when the session is abandoned, recovery is triggered, or the process ends. Advertising-frequency metadata remains until app storage is cleared or the app is deleted. Google-controlled data follows Google's retention and deletion practices. You can clear local data through device settings or by deleting the app.
7. International processing and your rights
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Depending on your location, your rights may include access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, and a complaint to your local authority. Contact us to exercise an applicable right.
8. Children
Impostor XI is a general-audience game and is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request a child's name, email address, or direct contact information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when the app, service providers, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version.
